Victoria Carter is a Senior Research Assistant at the Center for Public Health Systems Science contributing to the Best Practices User Guides, a set of publications designed to help states implement effective tobacco control programs. She is involved in all aspects of the guides, including research, writing, and editing. She is passionate about research in areas related to mental health, diversity, equity, & inclusion, implementation practices, and young people.
