Rebecca Ballard

Project Coordinator

Rebecca is the Project Coordinator for the Best Practices User Guides team, funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. She oversees and is involved in all aspects of the development of the User Guides, including researching tobacco control best practices, translating the evidence into everyday language and practical recommendations, and editing the User Guides for accuracy and clarity. Rebecca also holds a certification as a Health Education Specialist. Her interests include health communication, social marketing, and community-based interventions.
