We currently offer the following services as part of the Sustainability project:

• Online sustainability assessment for single program:
Staff and stakeholders from a single program complete the online Sustainability Assessment Tool. Responses are aggregated and the program receives a customized Sustainability Profile Report.


• One hour webinar:
This webinar introduces the eight core areas of the sustainability framework. We will also provide an overview of the Program Sustainability Assessment Tool and review how assessment results can be used to guide sustainability action planning.


• Half-day training:
Stakeholders and staff from a single program will complete the online Sustainability Assessment Tool before the training. Responses will be aggregated and a standard Sustainability Profile Report will be generated for training participants. During the training, we will introduce the concept of sustainability capacity and the eight core areas of the sustainability framework. We will walk through results from the assessment. Participants will have the chance to discuss areas of strength and challenge for their program's sustainability capacity, identify key areas for action, and start planning for improvement.
